Welcome to the MOMS Club® of San Jose - Central/East, CA. We are glad that you found us! You are invited to join our chapter for our September Member Meeting and Open House. Anyone is invited and we welcome new members to our Chapter. If you are looking for a support network, friendship or simply something in common, the MOMS Club is the place to meet other Moms just like you! The International MOMS Club has over 2000 chapters in the U.S. and over 100,000 members. The San Jose Chapter held its first meeting early in 1999. Since that time we have grown and divided into new chapters several times and we are still growing. For Information regarding MOMS Clubs® in other areas, please visit our International website at http://momsclub.org. Bring your kids! When you join us at events, please bring your kids! Children are always welcome at MOMS Club events, except for Moms Night Out (but nursing babies are welcome to attend those). All events are scheduled during the daytime, when we are normally home with our kids. Family events are occasionally scheduled on weekends. Moms are welcome to participate in as many or as few events and gatherings as they choose. There is no minimal commitment. Dues: Our dues are $30.00 per year. Dues pay for room rentals, supplies, and programs. You may attend two meetings (such as a business meeting and a park day) before deciding if you wish to join. We understand that at-home moms often live on tight budgets, so if the dues would be a financial hardship for you please discuss a waiver with one of the club officers. We invite you to join us! The MOMS Club® of San Jose - Central/East, CA is a chapter of the International MOMS (MOMS Offering Moms Support) Club, a nonprofit organization specifically for at-home mothers. Whether you stay home full-time, work outside the house part-time, or have a home business, if you are with your kids during the day, we have lots of activities for you.
